Year 5 - Brilliant Boarders

Year 5 had a great session this afternoon learning how to ride a skateboard. The session covered safety, how to stand, ride in a straight line and how to change direction on the board. Some pupils manged to do a few tricks on the board. In the 50 minute session, some children who had never even been on a skateboard before were able to stay on and control their movement safely.
