Nursery and the Slime

We are always thinking of fun ways to develop the children's fine motor skills. This week we found a fun and very messy way! Through exploring slime to children are able to manipulte the slime in different ways by pulling, stretching and squeezing. They also have to try really hard to pick the slime up because it's ever so slippery! This activity was also great for developing langauge and communication as the children talk to each other about the slime and exlore new vocabulary to describe it.
