Computing with Scratch

We all logged into the Chromebooks and went onto:

https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/editor

Firstly we changed the background area and found a sprite to match our setting. Then we used the script area to begin to programme our characters to move forwards and backwards, make a sound and change colour. Everyone worked really well and had great success manipulating the blocks. We also talked about online safety because its really important that everyone stays safe using the internet - it's a great resources and lots of fun, when used sensibly.
