Wake up and Shake up!  Click here to get moving with Sportacus. Also remember to take part in the Lancashire Schools games and upload your photos on seesaw.

Phonics – Click here to learn the ‘aw’ sound with Geraldine. Can you find any objects with these sounds around your home? Can you think of any other words that have the aw sound? Write them in your busy book and then record yourself saying them in a sentence.

Writing – It that a question? Log on to seesaw for today’s activity.

Today we are going to use one of these ‘?’ First watch the fun video, then correct your teacher’s sentences.

Can you write 5 questions for your teacher to answer? Remember to use capital letters, finger spaces and a question mark.

Maths – Your maths task for today is waiting for you on MyMaths. If you are struggling to login to your MyMaths account contact your teacher on seesaw and they can help.

Challenge – Can you write some number problems for your adult at home to answer? You can then check and mark their answers.

Reading Log in to oxford owls and read one of your books. Record yourself on seesaw telling us what you did or did not like about the book and why. Parents you can log onto Oxford Owl and create an account – it is free. Then search for E books, and choose phonics level 2, 3 or 5 depending on you child. Your child’s phonics level is also in the letter information pack you received.

Chosen afternoon activity – Choose your own activity from the list and complete it in your busy book. Feel free to send us any pictures on seesaw of your learning.

In addition to the above, we are also adding daily challenge tasks to seesaw which I know a lot of you are enjoying completing. We love seeing your videos, pictures and completed work – Please keep sending them to us J Completing any work on Seesaw allows us to provide feedback on how you have done and give possible next steps.
