Walk like an Egyptian

Over the last two weeks we have been learning about life in Ancient Egypt. As archeologists, we discovered artefacts in the sand and during our excavations visit, we caught a glimpse of the riches in the last undiscovered Pharaoh’s tomb, Tutankhmun. We became historians as we pieced together the clues and hypothesised about which objects belonged to which people, so they could be returned to them and journey on into the Afterlife. We learnt about mummification, the River Nile and farming, hieroglyphics and the Ancient Egyptian beliefs.
