Morning Home Learning Activities
- Morning Maths – For today’s learning please login to My Maths https://www.mymaths.co.uk/. You will find activities to complete in the homework area when you login. We will be able to see your answers and marks, please make sure you reply to every question and click submit at the end so it saves all your answers. You can attempt these tasks more than once, so if you want to try and improve your score you can.
- English Writing – Log into Seesaw click on the task ‘Tuesday 5th May Reading into Writing’. Here you will find a grid with 4 questions which you were given yesterday. In each grid are bullet points providing answers and examples based on a little boy called Bobby.
Your job is to turn the information into a letter. You know who Bobby wants to write to and why, you know what he has been doing, what he has been looking forward to and how he has been feeling. Remember to write in your best handwriting, using capital letters, full stops and finger spaces.
- Guided Reading – Please login into Seesaw and click the activity called ‘Tuesday 5th May- Guided Reading’ then record your written task in your English Home Learning Book.
Afternoon Weekly project – On Friday 8th May is VE Day. It was a public holiday and day of celebration to mark the defeat of Germany by the Allied forces in World War 2. So to prepare for this day of celebration we have set you some fun craft activities to help you get ready for the celebrations. Please log on to Seesaw to find out what you’re making today.
Don’t forget to take pictures of your work when asked to and upload them to seesaw so Miss Ward and Mrs Fielding can see the fantastic work you’ve been up to. If you have any questions or queries, please email Miss Ward (email@example.com) and Mrs Fielding (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will be more than happy to help.
