Get active and stay healthy with Lancashire School Games weekly challenges.  Remember it is important to stay active, we should all being doing at least 60 minutes daily to help us stay fit and healthy. Especially now when we find ourselves spending more time a home, exercise helps power the mind and can help you make a good start for a productive day.
